We made just enough raw hummus to where I could savor some leftovers for this morning. And, I couldn’t be happier if I had had health insurance!
The raw hummus Audrey prepared is fucking delicious. Excuse my language, but it gets me excited, and tingly. The five days or so it took to sprout the hummus was well worth the wait.

I’m pairing this up with raw flax crackers from Raw One Food out in Hollywood, FL — which totally kick ass by the way — along with green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado.
